January and February yielded outstanding trial results for the Law Office of Deandra M. Grant. In January we helped secure probation for a client after a 2 1/2 week trial for Intoxication Manslaughter. Next up was a DWI with an accident and an alleged .149 blood alcohol concentration. After the test result was discredited during trial, the jury returned the correct verdict of Not Guilty. In February we tried a DWI which involved another accident. The jury reviewed all of the evidence and returned a just verdict of Not Guilty. Most recently we tried a DWI case with an alleged breath test result of .10. Verdict – Not Guilty. Looking forward to many more “2-word” verdicts in 2014!
